The hotel, with an area of 32,000m2, is on a narrow but impressive zone, on the main traffic axis of the city, surrounded by headquarters of many holdings, all in differing architectural approach. The aim was to design a smaller scale, warm building within this texture. All functions are integrated with a compact design , without making comprimises. Facade walls are built with glass reinforced  ınsulated concrete panels. The hotel has 246 guest rooms and consists of 6 basements and 24 levels. Architectural, lead consultancy, project coordination and construction supervision services were provided.
